Tal Gurer Payesh

( Cremy milk and rice with palm jaggery)

Serves -   6 persons


INGREDIENTS :-


Milk                             : 4 cups
Basmati Rice                : 4 tsp
patali jaggery(crushed)  : 125 gms
raisins                           : 1/4 cups

                                                                      METHODS :-                                                                       

1.Bring milk to boil in cooker, add rice, stir once.

2. close cooker. bring to full pressure on medium heat. reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes.

3. remove cooker from heat. allow to cool naturally.

4. open cooker.

5. place cooker with milk on high heat. add jaggery and raisins stir till jaggery is dissolved.

6.remove cooker from heat.

SERVE HOT.
